Recruiting can be a costly business. Getting it wrong and recruiting staff with a poor fit for your company wastes money and time and loses productivity and momentum. I can help you in a number of ways:

Interview training – traditional training for hiring managers tends to be theoretical, many trainees finding it hard to make the lessons learned work in real-world interviews. Our one-to-one or small group training gets interviewers to look at genuine open positions for which they are recruiting and build on their skills to more effectively evaluate candidates. Our results are proven; having worked on the recruitment of over 40 senior people in 2006/7/8 we achieved a staff turnover of ZERO! Many of these staff also made rapid career progress in their new organisations.

Interview assistance – while in some cases your candidates will be well pre-screened by a headhunter or recruitment consultant, you will receive many CVs as direct submissions or through less diligent agencies. Getting the most out of business networking sites such as LinkedIn also need a different approach. I can provide specialist screening in a number of subject areas, including using my associates to conduct detailed technical interviews, giving you a written summary of each candidate or a shortlist for you to take further. This is particularly effective where the position you are hiring is a new role for your business, so your existing staff are unable to fully evaluate the candidates.
